Data storage

Most of our data is stored in the cloud, which is encrypted and shielded from unwanted access.

Our partners use the highest possible security measures to ensure maximum data protection for our clients. We keep a regular check with our third-party storage providers about their security policy and procedures.

We store data of our visitors and existing customers on our websites.

Where is the data stored?

Currently, the data can be stored with the following providers: Google, Amazon, LastPass, Facebook, HubSpot, WP Engine and on our local computers and other devices.

Is it secured?

All of our local computer hard drives are encrypted. We use an encrypted connection to obtain personal data from third-party storage in the cloud. Additionally, third-parties use the best-in-class security measures to ensure the data is protected at all times.

How do third-parties handle data?

We are careful in choosing our business partners,  who truly understand the importance of data protection. Their commitment means on-going tweaks and changes in their policies.

Below are the links to their most up-to-date GDPR policies.

How long is the data stored for?

We hold on to our existing customers’ data for as long as they remain our active customers or while their contract is in power. Personal data gets destroyed as soon as it becomes unessential or needless or if the client decides to discontinue our services.

In the case of website visitors, the data is on-record until a browsing session lasts i.e. the visitor closes his browser. However, individual browser settings might affect how long the data is stored. It is the visitor’s preference to adjust the settings of their browser according to their needs.
